The Ultimate Sunday - LIVE

Sink into comfy sofas, graze on delicious food, sip on something special, and listen to live talks and live podcast-style conversations. We set the scene for the ultimate laid-back Sunday.

Live Talks

Food &
Drink

On our living room stage talks bring each section of the Sunday paper to life – from  politics to world news, culture to gardening – delivered by leading journalists, writers, comedians, poets, and activists.

Past speakers have included Lord Sumption, Deborah Frances White, Jon Snow, Dan Schreiber and Rose McGowen.
A full schedule of activities is sent to our mailing list one week prior to the show.
Expect epic roasts served on long social tables, or find a quiet spot to tuck in wherever you like.

Cocktails, coffees, cakes, teas, wine and some of London’s finest Bloody Marys are all on hand throughout the day.

FAQS

  • Do you allow dogs?
Yes! We love dogs at Sunday Papers Live - pups are always welcome.
  • Are children allowed?
Absolutely. Under-12s go free, and our Crafternoon Corner and Sunday Walk are great activities for kids of all ages.
  • How do we order a roast?
Roasts will be available to pre-order around a month before the event HERE. We’ll email all ticket holders once they go on sale. You can also order on the day - but they do sometimes sell out, so pre-ordering is a smart move.
  • Where do we eat our roasts?
Wherever you like! Grab a seat at one of our long social tables, settle in on the terrace, or eat on your lap while listening to a talk - the Sunday is yours to shape.
  • What drinks are available?
Our bar is fully stocked with everything from tea, coffee and juices, to Bloody Marys, cocktails, wine, kombucha and more. Perfect refreshments for a relaxing day.
  • Is there any other food?
Yes - we’ve got cakes, pastries and snacks available throughout the day.
  • How do the talks work?
Talks run from 12pm to 6pm with a full schedule throughout the day. You’re free to dip in and out as you like - or stay for the lot. There’s plenty happening around the venue too, including craft workshops, a guided walk, and our ever-popular live crossword.
  • Where is the venue?
Our venues change from edition to edition, but our next Sunday house is a stunning multi-floored townhouse in Clerkenwell: B&H Buildings. It’s just off Exmouth Market - the nearest tubes are Farringdon and Angel. Get directions here.
