Danny Jack earned his chops in restaurant kitchens rooted in the Anglo-French tradition and after relocating to London from Edinburgh a decade ago he began hosting his own events in the midst of the nascent pop-up scene, at venues as eclectic as a disused art deco public toilet.
While his technique is firmly rooted in the classics, he frequently borrows big flavours from non-European cuisine, placing qualities of seasonality, locality and provenance at the forefront of his food.
Catch him at his new venture, Arch 537, a bespoke kitchen and event space in a vast disused railway arch in the heart of Brixton.

A bacon butty like no other. Each individual part, lovingly created by us- from our lightly toasted milk bun, to the bacon butter, our signature mushroom ketchup and ol’ fashioned middle bacon, sourced from the happiest and healthiest fat piggies the country has to offer!
